We invite all financial members to our AGM Meeting, as all positions will become vacant.

THE MEETING MUST HAVE A QUORUM (20 Members). Please make an effort to come to the AGM.

ONE PARENT of a Junior / Little League / Tee-Ball player is a Member and has voting rights. Only those members who are financial SEVEN (7) days prior to an AGM shall be eligible to vote.
